Still have a question? Send feedback in the app, or email us at apps@ambisapp.com.

Where does the information come from?

Inspection information comes from the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration through FindSmiley. Address coordinates come from the Danish Address Register. Smiley Status is an independent app by Ambisapp ApS, not the authority’s official app. Data may be delayed or incomplete.

Do I have to share my location?

No. Search for a place or choose an area on the map. Location is optional and helps you find places nearby.

Does it work offline?

The downloaded catalogue and previously retrieved details can be used offline. Maps, updates and new reports may require an internet connection.

Did you buy the earlier app?

If you previously paid for the app, you retain full access when Apple can verify your purchase. Use the same Apple Account and select Restore Purchases if needed.
